I am a firm believer that my body recovers quicker because of the nutrients I feed my body before and after exercising or working out.  When I take my supplements I can work out everyday with no pain or stiffness.  If I do not take them, it takes a few days for my body to recover.  I know the nutrients  help reduce the lactic acid build up in my muslces between workouts.  I also find that I am hardly ever injured or suffer muscle cramps.
